RE: Notice of Special Meeting at 9am on Saturday July 18, 2020
A Special Meeting of the Members of Haydens Walk Homeowners’ Association is to be held on Saturday, July 18 at the Haydens Walk Parking Lot located at 4890 Haydens Walk Drive, Johns Creek GA 30022. The meeting is to start at 9:00 am and end by 10:00 am.
If you have any items you wish to add to the agenda please forward in writing, via email or mail to board@haydenswalk.com for delivery by 5pm on Wednesday July 15, 2020.
All matters affecting the Association may be brought before the meeting and acted upon at the meeting unless specific notice of the same is required in the Articles of Incorporation, the Declaration, the Association’s Bylaws or otherwise under Georgia law.
If you cannot attend the meeting, you are urged to appoint a proxy to vote or otherwise act on your behalf as permitted by Georgia Statute § 14-3-724. Your proxy will be effective when received by the Secretary or other officer of the Association and shall be valid until revoked in writing. You may revoke your proxy by (1) either attending the meeting(s) and voting in person or (2) by delivering a statement in writing that the appointment of the proxy previously delivered is revoked or (3) by appointing a new proxy in writing. You may not appoint the “Board” as proxy. You must appoint an individual. If you are unable to attend, please complete the enclosed proxy and submit via mail in the association’s mailbox at 4890 Haydens Walk Drive by 5pm on Wednesday July 18, 2020.
This notice is being given pursuant to the requirements of the Association’s Bylaws and Georgia Statute § 14-3-724 this 6th day of July 2020.

The undersigned, pursuant to the Bylaws of the Association and pursuant to
Georgia Statute § 14-3-724, does hereby appoint ______________________________________

to vote or otherwise act for the undersigned owner(s) at any meeting of the Membership of the
Haydens Walk Homeowners’ Association, including, without limitation, the meeting to be held
on Saturday, July 18, 2020, and any postponements or adjournments thereof.
Unless this Proxy is sooner revoked, as provided for in Georgia Statute § 14-3-724, this Proxy will expire eleven (11) months from the date below. All other proxies signed by the undersigned are revoked and voided.
